Tylenol PM works fine for me about 3 nights a week. I try to stay up until 10:30 but I get up at 5am 7 days a week anyway. I'm good with that as I like being up early but laying awake from 1-4 then getting up at 5 blows.
Make a bunch of money and pay off all your bills then sleep like a baby.
