Oh I think she is guilty. She is in jail right where she deserves to be.

Perhaps she wasn't specifically trying to push him out the window to his death. But that's what she did. She's guilty.

I read a bit about that...she was convicted of 2nd degree murder. Dr. Phil argued that she didn't have "intent" the definition I found for 2nd degree murder says: a non-premeditated killing, resulting from an assault in which death of the victim was a distinct possibility" . Pushing someone toward a plate glass window they knew was weak (they had another broken window in the apt. from throwing a laundry basket at it) seems like she knew...
