I don't think Jonny has the same motivation to make a change.
For tyrann the difference in quality of life would have been huge. Jonny doesn't need the NFL, it was just his toy. He can still live it up on daddy's money and hit lines and models as much as he wants
I also don't think he's humble enough to admit he has a problem and truly accept help from someone else.
The humility Tryann has seemed to gain through all of this is nothing short of inspiring

Yeah way diffrent paths in life. Johnny is entitled and feels like it should be given to him. Tyrann had to work for everything he got which makes him appreciate it more.
