We're going to see him tomorrow night here in Houston. I know he's a member of the famous Marsalis music family but I haven't kept up with the jazz scene for a while.
Anyone on the board seen him recently?
The videos look like it pretty straightforward jazz.

This was a great concert although I wish they would have played longer than 90 minutes. Branford really gives his band lots of room.
They played some tunes from Gershwin, Monk, Cannonball Adderley, and a couple written by the band.
Well worth seeing them if you're into the jazz scene.
