And nearly impossible outside of the unlikely event of an NCAA waiver to transfer. He's already taking classes and posing for photos at Ole Miss. Regardless, this is nothing for Ole Miss to worry over FB wise.

Yeah figured that. Who ever knows with the NCAA, but most likely not.

How so? OSU went down for tattoos. I'd think scholarship reductions and perhaps a post-season ban could be possible if it is anything severe.

There is little reason to have faith in the NCAA's consistency, but its funny that in the last 5 years the NCAA has gone from being too harsh (USC, Penn State) to being too lenient (Miami, UNC). You never know what you're going to get with them.

FTR, I'm not saying they were truly too harsh on USC or Penn State, but that became the public perception of those penalties.
