Perspective...

Tiger fans...get your heads up.

Here is the deal. We are complaining over a 10 win (and possibly a 12 win) season. We are going to the SEC Championship. We are going to win the SEC Championship. We still have an outside shot (although very slim) at the national championship. Considering it is still the 2007 season...don't be surprised at anything.

Yes...we lost to Arkansas. It sucks. I wanted it as bad as anyone else. At the end of the game last night...I just stood there in silence and watched Matt Flynn. That kid gave it all he had for 4 quarters and 3 OT's and we came up short. Arkansas came ready to play. So did we. We didn't make adjustments. They did. We lost. It's going to be ok. It's a great time to be a LSU fan if we are disappointed about "only" going to the SEC Championship in Atlanta with another Sugar Bowl staring us in the face.

I think Les Miles is already packing for Michigan. I think that Pelini is already packing for Nebraska. LSU is going to hire a great coach...great coordinators...great recruiters...who are going to keep LSU on top for a long time. Recruits still want to come here...because they saw guys yesterday give it all they have. Our recruiting class is going to be fine. The future is bright Tiger fans. Keep your heads up.
