Every name you posted pretty much exemplifies what I say except Kucely

All those guys are tough and mean (on the field)

And for your question. Umm James Harrison??

Now that is an a-hole we need on defense

All those guys will pop you in the mouth and talk shite to you about it after. All those guys put fear in the opponent, a guy like Cam Jordan will laugh and joke he is not mean or physical. Solid player just not what I'm looking for, Wolfe for Den is a better example.

Gallete is not near that player foh dude he was soft (on the field) also, routinely washed out in the run. He did not bring a physical presence to the team.

Last player we drafted that fits what I want is Vaccaro, problem is he fricking sucks

2009 was 5 seasons ago it's irrelevant

Today you need tough, mean physical men or you will go nowhere. Even NE has it on D.

You compared those guys I listed to Burfict, who is a nutcase on the field and even to his own teammate. As to why he went undrafted.

Surefire tacklers, good coverage guys, and defensive stalwarts =/= tough and mean. Harrison was mean. Lewis and Suggs were mean. Once the game adjusted, Lewis was on the tail end and adapted to not head hunt. Harrison and Suggs took time and adapted as well.

None of the guys are headhunters or dirty like what Burfict against Brown (headhunt) and Big Ben (kneeing his shoulder repeatedly). Pacman against Cooper (dirty) not "mean".

San Fran were given a "mean streak" because they hit hard, within rules, and were solid tacklers and coverage linebackers. None were dirty players or played outside of the rules of this day.

You want a leader who is good on the field and can rally his guys off the field. Browner isn't it.

Hell, the best defensive player in the game JJ Watt is more loud than "mean", but this comes from the guy who is hating on a 1200/9 season from a 2nd year player.
