South Louisiana starters in Super Bowl 17-years in a row

Just think if the following included all of the great state of Louisiana...
17-years in a row, with at least 1 Super Bowl starter (that means...of the 2 Super Bowl teams, both with O and D, 44 total players, at least 1 from the following....), from LA between New Orleans and Lafayette general areas. 17-yrs in a row. Some years up to 6 SB starters from this area.
Peyton Manning and ...Trai Turner (LG at St Aug hs when Fournette was a FRESH in hs) or Tyrann Mathieu (TBD, also St. Aug).
Where is Kevin Minter from?
