My Sister made the reverse flight to DC this morning for Washington Mardi Gras so it was possible to make it in.

It did not start snowing till noon up here and he might not be able to make it back till late Sunday or Monday. Snow is not expected to stop until 6 am sunday

What is the NCAA policy on additional contact if the recruit is stuck in Br because of the weather there?
