the guys that find those kids are pretty good at what they do and who they network with.
If a kid has the skills and talent - they will find him/her.

You coach right? How's that work with small schools who don't send lots of kids to college and don't have well established relationships?
Just curious. Not asking for anyone in particular just trying to generate conversation.
Seems like a big program who gets a young kid who can immediately play varsity would know what they have.
