The one on Bluebonnet is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. A couple of buddies and I went a few months ago. It took them 45 minutes to bring an appetizer. We ordered a couple of bud lights and after 30 minutes, they never came. We got up and left and went to Pluckers where the service was 100x better.

Sounds like my one experience at the BWW on Clearview in Elmwood. Took forever to get drinks, most of the food was barely warm when we got it.
We cut our losses and just realized that we'd never go back. There was no point making a complaint since we wouldn't have gone back anyways.
If you can't properly serve 5 tables during the afternoon, all the gift cards in the world won't make me go back there.
