The fact that he approves of the idea to use frozen nuggets as a fill in for the boneless wings alone is ridiculous to me. That they didn't notify you is one thing, and I can't understand how they could forget to notify you of something that important in the first place, but how he thinks offering frozen nuggets is a reasonable solution at all is stunning to me. Just acknowledge that you are out and apologize for the inconvenience.
