I would convert the entire city into a truck nut manufacturing hub.
I'd have unemployment at 0%, crime down, and truancy would virtually disappear overnight with a renewed interest in truck nut design, manufacturing, and marketing.

Bad business model with the oil and gas field in its current state. Baws can't afford truck nuts like they used to.
