1a. Duck hunt in flooded timber with a limit of greenheads. I've been on great ducks hunts and I've hunted in flooded timber. Just have never been on one like you see on tv, with mallards just pouring into the hole.
1b. Dry field duck hunt in layout blinds in one of the Midwest states.
2. Spot and stalk for any of the big game mammals in Colorado/Wyoming/Utah.

Meh...it gets old after awhile. Maybe we just take it for granted here in Arkansas.
