They won a national champioship? I did not remember that.

Are you stupid? You do know it requires more than one player to win right? Russell Wilson was insane his final year in college at Wisconsin, his team just wasn't talented enough. Everybody that has won a championship in the last 10 years has been supremely loaded with talent.

(72.8%) 3175 yards (10.3 ypa) 33 TDs 4 ints, 338 rush yards 4.28 ypc 6 TDs

They lost to 11-3 Michigan St, or Ohio St and #4 Oregon by a combined 17 points.

vs Michigan St (66.7%) 225 yards (10.6 ypa) 2 TDs 2 ints, 8 car 30 yards 1 TD (he beat them in a rematch in the conference championship game (70.8%) 187 yards (7.8 ypa) 3 TDs 0 ints)

vs Ohio St (62.5%) 253 yards (7.9 ypa) 3 TDs 0 ints

vs Oregon (76%) 298 yards (11.8 ypa) 2 TDs 1 int, 6 car 18 yards 1 TD

He came from a heavy passing spread at NC St and within 3 months he mastered the pro style offense at Wisconsin and then led them to a 11-3 record, Big 10 championship, and Rose Bowl birth losing by 7 to #4 Oregon.

It hasn't nothing to do with the stature of players. Manziel beat Bama year one and almost did it a consecutive time. Wilson couldn't overcome his defense giving up 33, 37, and 45 points in those 3 losses.

Yeah, it is pretty comical that he doesn't think Wilson could have won National Championship with Saban.
