This. I love LSU, but frick the rest of the conference. Bama beating Michigan State does not get players to come to LSU; why is that difficult for SEC fans to understand? LSU beating Bama gets players to come LSU. But Bama beating MSU makes loser, dick riding fans of other programs feel better, so that's great I guess. It's pathetic but those types of fans are shameless anyway. I like college football and watch games from every conference, and I know there's good teams in other conferences, so this constant "football only started in 1998 and only exists in the south" mentally is pathetic and sad. What DisplacedBuckeye wrote is true and is a big reason for my "to hell with everyone in the SEC except LSU" mentality.
