Following up on this, the la dnr just says "we have reviewed your tax return and determined that the requested alternative fuel tax credit does not qualify per LA Administrative code 61.I.1913."

Talked to a buddy who's a tax atty and trying to sort out if it's retro-active amendment or not, opinions on that aspect?

Wondering if there's been any changes regarding FF Credit. I've heard of someone getting the denial letter and responding to LDR with a copy of the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals ruling from Dec 28, 2015. Approximately 90 days later, a 3,000 check appeared.
