You would need to login to the Watch ESPN app which requires having a cable subscription... or you could borrow someone elses if they'll let you.

Sling tv gives you ESPN on Roku and you can subscribe to cbs all access for live news, tv on cbs, and sec games of the week. ABC games usually on ESPN. You'd need something else for NFL
