Problem with Basketball is Simple by Chris WarnerDefense

This....pure and simple. And that's fixable...but it ain't getting fixed. Which is concerning and disappointing.

And of course on the few occasions when the other teams miss despite our poor D, we can't rebound.

For all the great recruiting we've got four post players on scholarship who between the four of them none can rebound or block shots.

Let's see what Victor can do and let's see if we make some improvements on D or go Groundhog's Day on D as we seem to have with all these recurring errors in recent years.

Johnny makes no adjustments whatsoever. It almost appears as though he lets personal things get in the way of good coaching. The other night Josh Gray should of had all of Blakeney's minutes. You leave in someone that plays no defense and can't hit the broad side of a barn, to not play the best wing defender you have and someone who can penetrate at will. With Hornsby and Quarterman hitting, there was zero logical reason for Blakeney to be on the floor and not Gray or Patterson.
