Again, didn't say a thing about changing philosophies. Calling for better efficiency within this system isn't a huge hurdle that can't be surmounted.
Why do you have such a problem with anyone asking for more efficient play? You go to the extreme and try to make them sound like they want radical changes.

You haven't really been specific regarding any of the changes that you're calling for. Better efficiency within this system really is as simple as player development.
Our quarterback, top two running backs, one of our top two wideouts, and two starting linemen were sophomores or younger this year. People, not you specifically, need to just let the proper development take its course instead of demanding that every quarterback we recruit should be Jameis Winston or Deshaun Watson.
