The administration was guilty of the old adage ...."we didn't plan to fail, we failed to plan."
Talk about poor execution in seeking to rid LSU of Miles. You don't get into the midst of executing a plan to negotiate a contract with the new coach and then suddenly start to worry about the politics, PR and appearance side of your actions and the money being paid out. Looking at you "F King."
I didn't like the whole way Les was left to twist in the wind, but damn if you are going to get rid of him, then nut up, plan it out and then do it. The handling of this was poor. I suspect there is much more to it behind the scenes and Alleva will ultimately be the fall guy (not that I am a fan).
