If his plan was to keep Les then he has nobody to blame but himself.

Like they mentioned earlier on the post-game, it is fine to have a policy but at some point a good leader will adjust and address.

If they wanted to play this game getting a new coach. They could have done it all behind closed doors and started the search now, once team's seasons are over except the meaningless bowl games. unless you're trying to get someone in the playoffs.

If LSU would have lost tonight, I think Les would have been fired.

So I don't think the plan was to keep Les either way.
