better flow of the game

better time management

more discipline and less stupid penalties

adjustments and taking what the defense is giving us

Just look at his track record at Auburn, LSU, and FSU. Every guy he coached except Marcus Randall improved over time and became, at the very least, a solid college QB. The guys with more talent were all drafted (I would include Flynn in this list, since he's was under Jimbo for 4 years).

The other thing I loved about Jimbo was that, over the course of a season, he would adjust to the team's strengths. Look at how pass-happy we were in 2001 and 2006. In 04, when Randall and JR struggled, we were much more balanced to try and help them out.

I look forward to seeing what magic he will work with Brandon Harris. He has raw talent. If anyone can put him in a position to succeed, it's Jimbo.
