the money in the athletic department is completely separate than the rest of the university. I don't like how we are so willing to spend millions of a coach when the university is struggling, but this is the facts of the case. TAF is separate from the university the people with a lot of money can afford this buyout.

What does one have to do with the other? The school would still be struggling financially regardless what it pays a football coach.
