Yes, there is a Martin's Wine Cellar 2 doors to the right. Olive or Twist is a great little cocktail bar that does well with limited taps. It is about 1/2 mile from my office, so it is easy to go grab a happy hour beer.
2BD is a 10/26 Commotion. This batch is another good one. Nice hoppy bite. GR is on a roll with this one.

Agreed. Drank several pints last weekend when I was in Shreve visiting.
1 + 2 bd's were 12 oz PBR / killed off the $9 12-pack I had in-house . going to start buying more of these; great value for a post-yard work beverage.
