I recommend Rochen for a few reasons.
CMS sites, because of their dynamic nature, are slow loading. Rochen uses SSD RAID 10 storage which significantly improves load times.
Under my old host (an EIG company), if one of my websites became infected with malware, my entire account (all my websites) were shutdown. Rochen isolates each website so they don't impact each other.
The primary reason I left my old host was because they were slow to adopt the latest version of PHP. This limited what CMS I could run. Rochen supports the older versions of PHP that my old sites require and the latest version that my new sites require.
