Tennessee made horrible hires. That is the difference. They hired Kiffin off one year where he was fired as Raiders head coach. They then hired Dooley purely off his name. They then hired Butch Jones that didn't really prove shite prior to being hire.
That's what happens when you hire bad to mediocre coaches rather than looking at their resumes as a whole.

Easy to say that in hindsight. If we got rid of Les we'd be lucky just to find someone who can replicate his success, much less improve on it.
