Absolutely not, unless you're a Felon and assuming you're "walking to your car with the gun". But under the logic of Corporate Tiger, "you'd need to look at the facts and history."

I know of someone in Ascension Parish that was arrested for walking around his property with a shotgun.
He never pointed it at anyone, but had fired it off before and assaulted the neighbors with it and other weapons.
