OSU's big-time success has been with Mike Gundy. Not Miles. OSU never had anything close to that kind of success with Miles.

Again, OSU improved moderately with Miles, but nothing drastic. Comparing Miles' time at OSU to Saban's time at LSU is misguided.

You are comparing two different types of programs...and you can't see it.

What you are talking about happened at Michigan St. also....Saban was moderately successful.....it wasn't until later that they had greater success.

I bet you have saban posters on your wall don't you?

Before:
Miles - 48-83-3 (.366)
Saban - 57-70-1 (.449)

During:
Miles - 28-21 (.571) Difference of .205
Saban - 48-16 (.750) Difference of .301

After:
Miles - 92-44 (.676) Difference of .105
Saban - 110-29 (.791) Difference of .041

It's a pretty fair comparison, IMO.
