In the summer I use a lot of hard swim baits on the beaches with live bait being very popular with many as well even though I don't use much live bait.
For winter I usually just stick to soft plastics on jig heads or under a cork. Dead shrimp, cracked crab, or cut bait if you want to target redfish and flounder.
