That's what was said. Don't ask me...I know we're serious about building this program, but dayum. I imagine there had to be some clause (ceiling) left out of that statement. But then...how do you put a ceiling on unlimited?

Herman's buyout alone is 2.25 mill. Combine that with the 4.3 that's supposedly on the table and we're already well over the $6mill/yr figure approved by the BOTs. They said they were going to do whatever it took. I guess they're proving it should this all come to fruition.

Word spreading that Herman has privately talked to some recruits about possibly coming to SC. Kids talk...nothing private when it comes to that. He has a 4 and 5 star coming into Houston next year.
