A Dog's Final Day

That made me cry.

Our thirteen and a half year old Golden is nearing the end. She can still see, but not sure how well. Mostly deaf. Is having a hard time getting up and sometimes has a hard time walking. Poops wherever. I know we need to have her put down, but she still likes her food and still seems to enjoy being loved on.

My golden turned 13 yesterday. He's almost completely blind and has various health problems, including arthritis. He still enjoys short walks and loves the family. I know it will not be much longer, and I hope I'm able to determine the right time.
