Sad to hear, but at 17 are you sure the blindness is causing the crying? Our youngest pug is 7 and lost her sight 5 years ago. Happy, healthy and has our house memorized. Runs to her bowl when it's time to ey. Good luck. Hope he can adjust if that is what it is.
