We currently have a rule that if it is taken, you cannot receive it back until the next Wednesday. If it's taken Tuesday, your parent can pick it up that following day. If it's taken Thursday, you must wait a full week until a parent can come get it.

There is also a certain time period in which they can be picked up and the parent must pay $10 holding fee to pick up.
