If you drink at all, have someone to drive you home. If you don't have a ride, either don't drink or walk home. Pretty simple.

IF YOU'RE LEGALLY DRUNK, YES!
A 16 year old drinking one beer can put them in the legally drunk category.
A 40 year old, 300 lb man can drink a 12 pack and be under the limit.
The amount doesn't matter.
Once you're over the legal BAC level, you're done. You're a piece of shite if you drive drunk and should go to jail.
