Oh interesting, and what exactly would that difference be?

What exactly is different about the cold one? What does it do?

Why might that factor into driving?

do you think me having a glass of wine at dinner and or a beer while driving home should be treated the same as per say a person who has been drinking all day and driving?

If that glass or beer caused you to blow over .08, then yes.

Regardless, even if you blow under .08 on your drive home with the beer, then you'll still get an open container, so...why risk it?

Can't you wait to drink until you get home like the rest of us normal folk?
