A good pro auto detailer can probably get it mostly out to where it's tolerable. I had a similar experience with a used truck a few years back. The guys i used got it close to smelling like new. I think it cost me about $175, which was worth every penny. I think there are even some detailers that specialize in that sort of thing these days.
