dropping a gun / rifle then going into build mode then scrapping the weapon, lowers the build limit.

All those useless guns are worth something. they help you lower the build limit.

I never tried the drop / store. I always do the drop / scrap because i need the steel / wood / copper / other useful components. Just an added bonus that scrapping them in build mode for some reason drops the build limit.

Hope they don't fix this but if they do there are also mods that remove or change the build limit.
