Called LA OMV today and they said they do not have record of it and basically told me to pay up. It is my responsibility to make sure LA OMV was notified when I changed the state my vehicle was registered in.
That's ridiculous
I also moved to Texas in 2012
If I get a letter from them I'm not paying a penny
