The first thing that needs to be done is not allowing kids to play AAU ball and still get a scholarship. You have a tiered system set up whee you have guys basically being pros by the time they are 18 and others who are not afforded the same games. And we all know the AAU's coaches are directing players to schools for kickbacks.

AAU has ruined CBB.
