I just don't get why we can't bench him or move him to a line backer spot. Vaccaro would do a better job in coverage . I'm convinced Brian Dixon would do better. Damn we need Swann and PJ

Because he weighs 220 and has never played the position. You can't just throw him in the lb spot

He can play inside the box at the line like a strong safety against tight ends which is like a LB. He did it in Seattle and has done it multiple times for us this season which is where his better plays have come from.
BTW just because you're 220 doesn't mean you can't play LB .

Name a player in the NFL that consistently plays linebacker at 220. Not a safety in the box, an actual linebacker.

I've seen them both play and they are equally bad and were both overhyped before they came to New Orleans.
