re: Do you care if someone door dings your vehicle?

I was sitting in my car the other day and some foreign jack arse just pushes his door open and slams into my car. I got out and confronted him. I had only had my car for 6 months. His had dings and dents all in his. His argument was it didn't do any damage, I just said be mindful of other peoples property. You may not care about your car, bit I care about mine.

If there was damage not sure on the protocol. Obviously a lil scratch wouldn't warrant insurance. But I probably would have just kicked in his tail lights once he walked off.

if you set the door against the car to get out, no big deal, but if you just push the door open causing it to bang against the car, then yes I have an issue.
