Absolutely, there are so many added benefits to running the ball at such an explosive rate. Turnover margin, TOP, cumulative body blow effect on the defense, etc.
It's almost as if ... and I know this is hard for some to accept ... it's almost as if the Les brand of football is damn effective when it's humming at optimal levels.
