Quite a few times. It use to be fun but now it's gotten popular and thus way over crowded, like to the point it's not really safe to ride IMO due to the high volume of traffic.

Not the best by any means but Oak Creek Canyon in between Sedona and Flagstaff has had some really pretty fall colors in the past. Also all the aspens in Flagstaff changing in the fall is pretty.
