Its basiclly an immovable camper. But hey, when you live in San Fran, I guess your out doing gay night life stuff all the time anyway.

People are leaving NJ and moving to San Fran due to taxes. A million dollar home in San Fran is about 10 grand in taxes. We pay 10 grand in NJ for a house we paid 475k for.
And in hoboken we were paying 11k for our condo
