Well he's 6'6" and weighs 215. He'd be a WR, he's too tall to be a safety and not big enough to be a linebacker.

if he were all that as a soph in college and was playing football seriously his entire sports life at age 19, then he COULD HAVE put on 10 good lbs a year and been a fabulous OLB at 6 6" and 255 or so in the NFL.
He was at the weight that was ideal for slamming and jamming and taking a few lumps inside vs the big boys for a rebound.
