I've seen it a few times.

Once had a somewhat new receptionist come into my office and break down about one of the executive assistants being mean to her (she wasn't), and making her wash the dishes (part of her job requirements when hired). Freaked me out. Told her not bring that shite in here and to suck it up. Steered clear of her, until she quit a few weeks later.
