Something like that.

From what I understand, it's public record, and the winner, especially a jackpot like this, would be inundated and bothered by the media to speak, so it's much better for them to come out one time and get it over with, even if they wouldn't want to.

If I won, that would be the last thing I'd want to do, the press conference. But I'm guessing it would be in my best interest to get it done and out of the way.
