They have running water in the stadium but the pressure is low. So bathroom facilities would likely not work right.

Boil water advisory means it would be more difficult to prepare food.

The biggest hurdle is getting the authorities needed to be there for security and medical reasons. Do you believe the governor of the state will allow them to be pulled away from rescue and clean up efforts for a game?

Link? I used city water about ten minutes from stadium today and the pressure was fine. If they seal the canal, then the pressure will be good.

But no, I don't think they'd divert emergency people from the flood work for a football game. They'd postpone it or move location.
