Hell I don't neither. But why has no other country been able to do this, especially in last 20 years as processors get smaller and faster and what not. Seems like Germany, Russia, China should be able to, and want to, pull it off.

I really can't imagine why anyone would want to at this point. There is nothing there of value to anyone.
